By using Yakity, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Yakity retains the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time without providing notice to the users of Yakity.

Privacy & Personal Data

Yakity considers personal data security to be paramount in importance. When creating an account with Yakity, you will need to provide a valid e-mail address which will be your username. The e-mail address provided must be owned by you and you will need access to this address to confirm your registration. This e-mail address may be used by Yakity to communicate with you. You will not be able to change your e-mail address that you have registered to your Yakity account once you have signed up. Your choice of first name and second name must be accurate and representational of your real personal first and second names. Any entered text deemed offensive or unrealistic may be changed or removed without notification. Personal data should be correct and kept up to date and it is the user’s responsibility to do so. Yakity will not sell your personal data to third parties. Ensure your data is kept secure by ensuring that your account is logged out before shutting your browser. Yakity can not guarantee the stability or quality of any video and/or audio conversation. Yakity has the right to disable, suspend or terminate your account at any time without giving notification.

User-Submitted Data

You are responsible for all data submitted to Yakity through your account. You will not copy, post or use content from any third party without specific permission from the owner on Yakity. Yakity reserves the right to unconditionally monitor any material uploaded by any user in order to enforce the Terms and Conditions. While Yakity has in place security procedures to increase data security there is still a risk that data might be intercepted by unintended recipients. It is therefore advised that you do not send sensitive information using Yakity.

Breach of Terms & Conditions

Breach of the Terms & Conditions may result in suspension, closure of your account and/or legal action.

Facebook

Yakity permits users to connect their Yakity account with a Facebook account that is operated by the same user. By linking your Facebook account to Yakity, you give Yakity permission to share your Facebook profile page URL with other Yakity users. You can disable your Facebook account link with Yakity on the Profile tab in the Yakity Console at any time

Twitter

Yakity permits users to connect their Yakity account with a Twitter account that is operated by the same user. By linking your Twitter account to Yakity, you give Yakity permission to share your Twitter profile page URL with other Yakity users. You can disable your Twitter account link with Yakity on the Profile tab in the Yakity Console at any time
